Step right up 2015! We’re ready for ya!
As Audrey Hepburn once said, “Happy girls are the prettiest” and we couldn't agree more. So when focusing on your resolutions or goals for 2015 keep in mind that the most important thing in anyone’s life is to be happy, shining inside and out.
Happiness generally is at the root of all desires, whether it be regarding healthy eating, becoming organized, traveling more, relationship or work goals.
Popsugar recommends this 30 Day “Happiness Challenge” as it takes 21 days to make something a habit.
With this challenge you will be able to realize your full potential for other goals and to capitalize on happiness – positively affecting your own life and those people who surround you. To create happiness you have to be willing to give some self-love, connecting your mind and body to the same goal. You can start this whenever possible and if you make it past the 21 day mark, we salute you!
Obviously you can modify this as needed as long as you are giving yourself some TLC everyday! Also we suggest that with Step 2, if you keep these little keepsake moments in a jar or a box, re-reading them before the next new year will be very enlightening and rewarding for you and help show what to keep looking forward to.
